Já preparei minhas escolhas para a nova versão dos Titãs, a que inclui Tim Drake, Superboy e outros. No futuro postarei esse cast também!
As promised, here´s the Titans Casting Call. I focused here on the most famous version of the group, from the classic Marv Wolfman/George Pérez run. Since the group´s roster changed constantly and included several of the original members, I decided to include the five Teen Titans founders here too.
I already have my choices for the new version of the Titans, which includes Tim Drake, Superboy and others. In the near future, I´ll also post it.
Nightwing/Dick Grayson (James Marsden):

I know, I know. James Marsden (Superman Returns, Enchanted) already played Cyclops in X-Men. But this is not a real cast, and my goal here is to find the artistic match between looks and character personality. Besides, I also have my own personal choices for Cyclops, which I should post soon. James Marsden (in a younger version) had the looks to play Batman´s former partner and the Titan´s leader.
Red Arrow/Roy Harper (Caper Van Dien):

Red Arrow is a character with a singular personality. While he acts nice and light-tempered, Roy has been through a lot in his life (including a strong addiction to heroin). In this case, besides the right look, my model needed to work well within both aspects. Casper Van Dien (Starship Troopers, Sleepy Hollow) is the right man for the job.
Donna Troy (Cobie Smulders):

Donna Troy should look hot, mighty and reminds us of Wonder Woman. Unlike the Amazon Princess (which is Monica Belucci in my choice), Donna is not greek, so she does not need a mediterranean look, although she should have similar traits to Diana´s. My choice was easy: Cobie Smulders (How I Met Your Mother).
The Flash/Wally West (Ryan Reynolds):

Remember when I cast the JLA Flash e went with Barry Allen? So here´s the fan-favorite Wally West! Ryan Reynolds (Wolverine, The Proposal) was even considered for the movie role, so there´s not much to overthink here.
Tempest/Garth (Penn Badgley):

Garth must be the least exploited Titan. Nevertheless, I think he deserves a model that can express his shy personality. After much consideration, I went with Penn Badgle (Gossip Girl).
Starfire/Koryand´r (AnnaLynne McCord):

Wow, it was tough choosing someone as reference for Starfire. At first, I was making a mistake by trying to cast her BODY, not her face. I don´t care how tall she is or how hot; I can draw a hotter, taller body. But AnnaLynne McCord (90210) has the right face for Kory and I don´t regret my choice.
Cyborg/Victor "Vic" Stone (Sharif Atkins):

Cyborg´s was the HARDEST model to find! I looked everywhere and considered every african-american actor. The thing here is that Vic has a specific look to him, not just his ethnicity. I was about to give up when I found Sharif Atkins (ER, The 4400), who looks perfect as Victor Stone.
Beast Boy/Garfield Logan (Michael Arangano):

Beast Boy is the younger of the Titans and the team´s comic relief. Funny, entertaining and friendly, Beast Boy´s model had to be Michael Arangano (Sky High). Besides the similar looks, Michael has a personality much alike Gar´s. Mission accomplished.
Raven (Fairuza Balk):

Raven had her old, exotic version and then was magically transformed into a goth teenager. Here, I decided to find something that worked for any version. Fairuza Balk (The Craft, Almost Famous) was my choice and I like it! She even played a witch before...
Jericho/Joseph Wilson (Ed Speleers):

I couldn´t decide if I should include Jericho here. After he became a villain, he stayed a long time away from the Titans roster and many people don´t even consider him as part of the team. But I love the character and I love the saga in which he is revealed as a villain. So I cast Ed Speleers (Eragon) to represent him.
Terra/Tara Markov (Aimee Teegarden):

Since I love the classic New Teen Titans formation, here´s Terra, either as a heroine or as a villain. I needed a younger, cute girl, who is also the love interest of Beast Boy. Aimee Teegarden (Friday Night Lights) wins the pot.
Terminator/Slade Wilson (Ron Perlman):

I had many options for Slade Wilson. This time was a tough choice, not by lack of options, but rather by excess. I decided for Ron Perlman for two main reasons: 1) I wanted some "visual personality" for Slade, rather than a one-eyed version of Green Arrow; 2) Have you seen Ron in Sons of Anarchy? He´s such a badass that he can represent Terminator in his sleep.
